Hugh Jefferson Randolph Architects is an award-winning Austin based firm specializing in creating unique and memorable residential architecture.

A five person practice, Hugh Jefferson Randolph Architects is led by Hugh Randolph, AIA. Before founding the practice, Hugh was an O’Neil Ford scholar in the Graduate school of Architecture at the University of Texas at Austin under the renowned Architect and educator, Charles Moore. While there his focus was on Urban design and the relationship of architecture to the landscape as well as the collaborative process between Architect and client. Prior to UT, his experience included receiving his first Masters in Architecture at Tulane University in New Orleans, and his professional internship in Washington, DC.

Wooldridge + 29th is located in Pemberton Heights on the southeast corner of Wooldridge Drive and West 29th Street. Nestled on the wooded bluffs above Shoal Creek and the Pease Park greenbelt, Pemberton Heights is a residential oasis in the central city often overlooked by motorists whizzing by on Windsor, Mopac, and Lamar. Known as a traditionally toney, old-Austin enclave of stately homes and majestic trees, Pemberton is more than just another upscale neighborhood. Can I "mix and match" design elements from the interior packages?

To an extent, at this early stage of construction, contracted buyers can make some interior design decisions on their home. To allow for efficient construction scheduling and planning, however, buyer changes to design elements from the existing interior packages may result in an additional charge. What is the sales process like for Wooldridge + 29th?

Agreements of Sale and Purchase are available through AvenueOne Properties, the exclusive listing agent for this property. This agreement is the only real estate contract that will be allowed for Wooldridge + 29th, and no changes will be allowed to this document unless approved by Durrett Interests, LLC. Wooldridge + 29th is an approved FHLMC condominium project by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Paula Lowe is the private mortgage banker responsible for our project approval and she would be happy to assist you with your individual mortgage lending needs at Wooldridge + 29th.

When will my home at Wooldridge + 29th be available for move-in?

Construction on Wooldridge + 29th is expected to begin in September of 2007. Completion is projected to occur within 12 months from construction commencement. Interior finish-outs are scheduled to occur in the order condo units are purchased. A walk-through will be scheduled with contracted buyers upon completion of their condo units and closings will occur soon thereafter at Gracy Title. Owners may take occupancy of their condo units upon closing and funding.

How much parking is available at Wooldridge + 29th for owners and guests

Owners will be provided with two dedicated spaces in their private garages or carports, which will be accessed from Wooldridge Drive via a security-enabled automatic entry door. Guest parking will be restricted to Wooldridge Drive.

What type of warranty will be provided by Wooldridge Partners, LLC for my home at Wooldridge + 29th?

Durrett Interests, LLC will provide owners with a one-year limited warranty as is provided by the Condominium Information Statement for Wooldridge + 29th.
